Spiders Are Your Friend!

Affordable family vacations

Going camping seems to be a forgotten type of family vacation these days, what with all the cruises offered for families and pre planned vacations that families can take. Instead of taking your family on a crazy busy vacation with expensive restaurants and a schedule to follow, going camping in Indiana can be a great experience for your kids. When you are considering going camping you should know that you do not necessarily have to sleep in a tent on the ground, if that does not sound appealing to you. Cabin rentals are an option at a lot of campgrounds, these days.

If you think camping in Indiana will be boring, you are not looking at the RV campgrounds. There are campgrounds that offer cabins in Illinois so that you and your family will not have to sleep on the ground or be exposed to the elements. If you would prefer sleeping in a tent under the stars, there are a lot of campgrounds that offer both types of lodgings. There are drawbacks and benefits to both, it is really about personal preference when you are thinking about going camping in michigan.

In Texas camping can be a very different experience because of the climate. In the southern states the weather is totally different and certain things need to be closely monitored when you decide to go camping in Texas. In Texas camping should be done with a lot of water at hand. Staying hydrated in a heated climate is crucial to the health of you and your family.

When you are in Texas camping will also be more fun when you are mindful of skin safety. Wearing sun block at all times is the best way to protect yourself and your family from sun related dangers.

In Texas camping should also be during a certain time of the year since there are dangerous spiders that are native to Texas. The Recluse Spider is native to Texas and its mating season is from April to July. If you are bitten, take good care of the wound. An ignored Recluse spider bite can become dangerous and cause potentially serious problems. Good refereneces.

Spider season?!?! I had no idea that there were spiders in Texas, let along that there is a season dedicated to them. I guess I will have to schedule my camping trip around April through July.

The Recluse Spider is actually found in a few different states besides Texas. Alabama also has the same spider and there are a few telling signs. They only have six eyes instead of the average eight.
