Heading off to a sunny destination during the cold winter months seems to be growing in popularity. No matter how long you go for you will always need a place to call home during your stay. If you are traveling as a family it might be nice to have everyone in their own space for quiet times. Look into what amenities are close by or inside and around the building, many condo buildings have playgrounds outside, gyms within, or malls just down the road.

When booking your vacation rental be sure to look into the location. You may not even need to rent a car if you are close to the city or on a bus route. Take note of what is in the surrounding areas and how you will get around. Condo rentals are great to cut costs on eating out as well.
