Another tip is that one can reach out to a lawyer who may be able to break the contract.

But the reporter warns that they are going to ask for a fee. The next tip the reporter gives is just to donate them to a specific charity of one’s choice. Or put them up for a charity auction. Or one can sell it on a resale site or sell it back to the resort company itself. However, this may not work as not all resort companies will do a buyback. Getting rid of timeshares can be tricky.
